With the adjustable Alpha ArmFit, you can perform many exercises that can hit and work different muscles of the body, such as the Arm, Shoulder, Chest, Back, Biceps, and Triceps.
7 Days Alpha ArmFit Workout Schedule
With the use of Alpha ArmFit effectively, you need to follow a specific exercise schedule, which will enable you to achieve your goal of strengthening the upper and middle body muscles.
We designed the following suggested 7-day workout plan, in which you can hit all 4 major muscles. Once the week is over, the next week you can increase either the number of repetitions or the time you spend on each rep, this way you will go on the correct path of building muscle mass.
In addition, there is another alternative method, as we suggest in the image below, on days 5, 6, and 7, you can increase the resistance of the tool (keep the repetition and time the same) which will force your muscles to work harder and increase muscle tone and strength.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 5-6 days for your order to arrive to your location in India (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We have two types of returns Policy. Please chose the return type from below.
Self Return - You have to send the product to our warehouse through any courier. Once we receive the product and verify, We will process the full refund. ( You have to send the package to us with a trackable courier along with all original packing to the address below)

Company Return - We will arrange the pickup from your address. Once we receive the product and verify it, We will send you 60% of your order amount as a refund. ( We can not refund shipping and handling fees)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customers bank account will be 3-4 working days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

This is the best gym equipment investment ive purchased. It works and you can feel which muscle groups it works from first use.
The resistance adjustment knob definitely provides addl levels of strengthening to your targeted muscles!
Ive been using it daily since i received it. I do 4sets of 10reps...holding it upright as well as upside-down. It works different variations of those muscle groups.
The price point for this device was reasonable for this type of highend gym equipment.. The machine works for exactly what i need it for. Plus its easy to store and travel with(if you choose to). Weighs less than 2kg
Great product, good for the home gym . A few sets get your muscle pump fast. You can feel the concentration in your muscles as you use it.
